Schindler Elevators – For your comfort, we chose to equip each staircase with two elevators. Their low noise and vibration levels, energy efficiency, and the manufacturer’s reputation led us to select Schindler elevators, a Swiss company and global leader in elevator production with over 150 years of experience.

Soprema Waterproofing – With a lifespan of over 20 years for its torch-applied bituminous waterproofing system and a worldwide reputation as a leading waterproofing solutions provider for over 100 years, the French group Soprema was chosen as the supplier of terrace waterproofing membranes for the project.

Caparol Temosystem – A German company with 130 years of experience, Caparol is one of Europe’s most important producers of paints and decorative façade plasters.

Exterior Masonry Walls
Durability, thermal comfort, and long-term resistance to fire and moisture are all ensured by exterior walls built with 30 cm Porotherm Profi bricks, one of the highest-performing solutions on the market.

Interior Partitions
For superior acoustic and thermal comfort, we chose Ytong aerated concrete – a premium material recognized for its strength and consistently high quality over time.

STN Ceramic Tiles
As Europe’s second-largest ceramic tile producer, we selected porcelain collections with rectified edges, high durability, and premium finishes. A sustainable choice that combines modern aesthetics with technical performance.
